PERMAPRIMER is an asphalt-based roof conditioner formulated from selected asphalts, solvents, and non-dying oils.
Uses
PERMAPRIMER is designed as a primer-conditioner that will provide excellent surface adhesion for recommended finish coats over built-up roofs, concrete, transite, and galbestos. PERMAPRIMER meets and exceeds Federal Specification SS-A-701 and ASTM D 41, Canadian Specification 37G P9.
