DUROAIS PARCHEO consists of a powder product that forms a quick levelling paste used for high resistance patch repair of concrete pavements.
Application:
-Preparation of the support:
- In order to ensure an appropriate preparation of the support, it is necessary to mark the patching area with straight lines, by cutting in a low depth over the
marked lines.
- Eliminate the material found in between the cut areas.
- Preparation of the product:
- DUROAIS PARCHEO is prepared by mixing AGLUTAIS 30-50 in a proportion of 24 l of AGLUTAIS 30-50 for every 100 kg of DUROAIS PARCHEO.
- Mix manually or by using a low speed mixer(300-500 rpm).
- Apply the product by pouring it into the area to be patched.
- The contact surface is slightly dampened at the moment to be patched.
- After setting, thin layer of LACURIS is sprayed onto the surface so as to improve curing.
